From 8 January 2024, the library is open to students at the following times:
location of via Lariana, 8 – Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday 10 a.m. – 4 p.m.; Friday 12 p.m. – 6 p.m;
location of via Libetta, 7 – Mondays and Thursdays 10 a.m. – 4 p.m.; Tuesdays 10 a.m. – 1 p.m. and 3 p.m. – 6 p.m.; Wednesdays 12 noon – 6 p.m.
The materials are divided as follows:
Via Lariana, 8 – books and magazines on Architecture and Design, Graphic Design and Comics, Visual Arts, Theses.
Via Libetta, 7 – Cinema and Multimedia sections (DVD), Photography, Fashion and Costume, Set Design and Theatre Works, Theses.

Access.
Lecturers, assistants, interns, grant holders and students of Rome University of Fine Arts are entitled to use the library situated in Via Lariana 8 and in Via Libetta 7, Rome. RUFA library is part of the National Library Service and is open to all students enrolled in Academies and Universities of Fine Arts for consultation purposes.
Loan.
Loaning of library material is intended for RUFA students and lecturers, upon registration.
Photocopies.
Within the Academy it is possible to make photocopies, in accordance with the copyright rules (18 August 2000 Law no. 248). You may buy photocopying cards from the secretariat.
