Fine Arts Academies constitute the highest level of artistic education in Italy.
The Rome University of Fine Arts is the only Academy of Fine Arts legally recognized by the Italian Ministry of University and Research (M.U.R.) - High Artistic and Musical Education (A.F.A.M.).
The Master Courses, conducted by prominent professionals, aim at integrating academic education with the working world.
Such courses are especially designed for students who have earned an Academy Diploma, but lack the essential practical experience to launch a professional activity immediately.
Professors are well-known professionals, working in the sectors that they teach. Therefore, they are able to impart to students both their important working experience and their rich cultural background.
The Master Courses offer students the opportunity to be carefully guided in their personal research, by way of an innovative method of experimentation.

COURSES AND SUBJECTS OFFERED
The Rome University of Fine Arts offers five Master Courses:

• Painting
• Stage and Set Design
• Sculpture
• Interior Design
• Graphic Design
• Television and Multimedia Management and Productions

Each of these Courses has both compulsory core subjects and complementary subjects, that are articulated according to study programmes prearranged by the Artistic Director and the regular Professor of the course.
The Master Courses offered at RUFA last one year
