INTERIOR DESIGN course
The success of an interior design
project or of
an object produced industrially is not determined
by its functionality alone, nor by its capacity to
articulate the aesthetic values which constitute
its “cultural” dimensions as an expression of our
times.
Whether a house or a pen, a plane or a train;
from the simplest to the most complex, from the
smallest to the largest, every project requires
sophisticated planning and creativity which correspond
to contemporary thought and style.
The problems posed in the fitting-out of interior
spaces, and the planning of industrial objects
(Industrial Design) have been with us since the
industrial revolution and have been the subject
of theories and research which have endured
throughout the 20th century in many different
design schools. However, interior design and
industrial production are in continual evolution,
as is the demand for creativity. In a situation
where the new frontiers of the ‘New Economy’ are
being delineated, the professional roles of the Interior Designer and
the Industrial Designer
are among the most fascinating and exciting of
our times.
RUFA offers the professional development of
top-level designers by combining the most up-to-date technological
disciplines with the most
modern project management methods in a training
process which, above all, stimulates and
develops individual qualities and creativity.
