Give voice!<\/h2>\n

The course aims to give voice to the uniqueness of each participant in their current life stage, in line with their desires and goals, within a space of co-creation where acting techniques, attention games, coaching, and imaginal work on “character” archetypes will be made available. Skills acquired will include the ability to speak in public with greater awareness and freedom, increased clarity on what to communicate and how to communicate it, as well as enhanced creativity in tune with personal intuition and psycho-physical well-being through alignment of mind, body, and emotions.<\/p>\n

At the end of the course, a certificate of attendance will be issued upon participation in at least 8 out of 10 scheduled sessions, for a possible recognition of 2 CFA credits.<\/p>\n

A 15% discount is available for registrations completed by 31 October and a 10% discount for those completed by 30 November.<\/em><\/p>\n\n

Each lesson will include a theoretical part and a practical part that incorporates acting practices, imaginal coaching techniques to work on uniqueness and vision, and a final phase of feedback and reflection.
\nThe course includes an off-site visit, either to a theatre or an exhibition, and a guest appearance by Simon Blackhall, actor, coach and trainer from London.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n \n\n

Graduate of the Future Coaching Academy, a school accredited by the ICF \u2013 International Coach Federation. She specialises in a method that combines coaching techniques with theatrical and public speaking practices, archetypal work and imaginal approaches. She collaborates with the Teatro Stabile di Torino and the University of Turin on inclusive cultural projects, and teaches at RUFA \u2013 Rome University of Fine Arts.
\nFor six years, through progetto.wanderlust, which she co-founded, she has worked in the field of personal development and life transitions. She collaborates with adults, adolescents, vulnerable groups, public institutions, schools, private companies and professionals.
\nShe has developed strong skills in individual empowerment, with a focus on creativity and team harmonisation. Her method integrates theatrical and relational practices with the use of plays and fairy tales, creating challenges applicable to real-life contexts.
\nShe holds a degree in Modern Languages and Literature from the University of Turin and a diploma from the Accademia del Teatro Stabile di Torino. As an actress, she received a special mention at the Hystrio Award in Milan.
\nHer particular strength lies in working in partnership with clients to refine and expand their self-awareness and progress in their careers and personal lives. Through coaching, Elena creates a space that allows her clients to reconnect with their creative drive and attract their visions.
\nHer mission as a coach is to co-create a space of expansion and awareness where light can enter and foster evolution in alignment with one\u2019s personal truth.
