The latest research in the psycho-social field demonstrates that psychological support fosters a personal culture of well-being, enhancing the ability to face academic and professional<\/strong> challenges and encouraging a mindful approach to career planning.<\/p>\n RUFA offers a free counselling service to all enrolled students<\/strong>, regardless of their academic year, with the aim of developing stress management tools, improving concentration, overcoming creative blocks, and addressing performance anxiety. In addition to emotional support, counselling provides self-awareness tools<\/strong>, fostering project-based and strategic thinking to plan long-term goals and face academic and professional challenges with greater awareness.<\/p>\n Each session lasts 40 minutes<\/strong> and consists of a maximum of two free meetings<\/strong>, structured with a highly practical and goal-oriented approach, mutually agreed upon with the psychologist-psychotherapist. The service is provided by Ren\u00e9 Angeramo, psychologist-psychotherapist (Reg. No. 15606 \u2013 Order of Psychologists of Lazio), an expert in psychological well-being and psychosomatics, with the support of a network of psychologists registered with the Professional Order.<\/p>\n\n
\nThe service is intended for those facing personal and academic challenges such as:
\n– adapting to being away from home and settling into a new cultural environment;
\n– exam anxiety and managing academic pressures;
\n– difficulties in interpersonal and emotional relationships;
\n– stress related to study workload and preparation for the professional world.<\/p>\n
\nThe initial session will involve a semi-structured interview, conducting an in-depth analysis of the request to assess the main areas of intervention and potential improvements. In the following phase, the session will follow a reciprocal approach, where student feedback is essential for the effective progress of the process.<\/p>\n
