\n\t ISEE: WHAT IT IS AND HOW TO CALCULATE IT\t \t\n \n\t \t<\/span>\n\t <\/a>\n\t <\/h4>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/article>\n\n\n

The Ordinary ISEE 2026<\/strong> is a composite indicator of the economic situation of the student\u2019s household and must be calculated by the interested student at a Tax Assistance Centre (CAF), on the INPS website, or through their accountant. The Ordinary ISEE required for the A.Y. 2026\/27 is the ISEE 2026.<\/p>\n

In the case of a foreign student not resident in Italy, or a foreign student resident in Italy who is not financially independent and whose family members reside abroad, or an Italian student resident abroad who is not registered with AIRE, it is possible to obtain a reduction in tuition fees and the regional tax through the Equivalent ISEE-U<\/strong>, which is used in cases where it is not possible to calculate the University ISEE. Further information on the documentation to be submitted, issued by the competent authorities of the country in which the income was produced and translated into Italian by the competent Italian diplomatic authorities, will be provided directly by the offices the student contacts for the calculation of the ISEE-U.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n \n\n

The 2026 ISEE declaration, which students will need in order to obtain a reduction in university tuition fees for the academic year 2026\/27, must be submitted at the same time as enrolment.<\/p>\n

International students<\/strong> (limited to EU students and Turkey) may submit the 2026 ISEE declaration to obtain a reduction in university fees for the a.y. 2026\u20132027 by the enrolment deadline.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n \n\n

\n\t DOCUMENTATION REQUIRED FOR THE CALCULATION OF THE ORDINARY ISEE\t \t\n \n\t \t<\/span>\n\t <\/a>\n\t <\/h4>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/article>\n\n\n

For the calculation of the Ordinary ISEE, regardless of the method chosen by the student, the following documents must be submitted.<\/p>\n

PERSONAL DATA<\/strong>
\n\u2013 Identity document and Italian tax code of the student (it is possible to request it from the Italian consulate; tax codes generated online are not valid).
\n\u2013 Residential address of the student\u2019s household;
\n\u2013 Self-declaration of the members of the household with their dates of birth (data for both parents must be included in the self-declaration: in the event of divorce or death, a copy of the court ruling or a certificate must be attached);<\/p>\n

INCOME<\/strong>
\n\u2013 Household income: documents relating to the annual income received by each family member in 2024;
\n\u2013 Property: deed of purchase of real estate owned by each family member as at 31 December 2024 (the purchase value or the market value must be indicated);
\n\u2013 If applicable, outstanding mortgage balance as at 31 December 2024;
\n\u2013 Financial assets: bank, postal and deposit account statements, declarations of bonds, shares, dividends, holdings and shares owned by each family member as at 31 December 2024;
\n\u2013 If applicable, the lease agreement for the property used as the main residence of the household, valid on the date of the ISEE request;
\n\u2013 If one or more members of the household own a business, the value as at 31 December 2024 derived from the balance sheet is required. If a balance sheet has not been prepared, it is necessary to certify the value of all materials, machinery, equipment, etc. of the business.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n \n <\/div>\n \n
