{"id":145294,"date":"2025-06-24T12:20:21","date_gmt":"2025-06-24T10:20:21","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.unirufa.it\/?p=145294"},"modified":"2025-06-27T20:12:21","modified_gmt":"2025-06-27T18:12:21","slug":"rufa-x-promising-young-guys","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.unirufa.it\/en\/2025\/06\/24\/rufa-x-promising-young-guys\/","title":{"rendered":"RUFA x Promising Young Guys"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3>Creativity in limited edition: coming soon, artist T-shirts designed by RUFA students.<\/h3>\n<p>RUFA announces the start of a new and exciting collaboration with <strong>Promising Young Guys<\/strong>, the independent brand founded by <strong>Daniele Poddighe<\/strong> that blends art and fashion into a quality clothing project designed to support young creative talents.<br \/>\nThe RUFA x Promising Young Guys partnership took shape through a call for ideas aimed at second-year students of the BA programme <strong>in Graphic Design<\/strong> (Graphic Design and Comics &#038; Illustration tracks). The project involved the creation of a Special <strong>Limited Edition of artist T-shirts<\/strong>, whose graphics were designed within academic courses, selected by a jury of experts, and finally produced and sold on the brand\u2019s official online shop.<\/p>\n<p>One winner was selected for each course, for a total of <strong>three original designs,<\/strong> each of which will be printed <strong>in 50 copies,<\/strong> reaching a total production of 150 T-shirts. The three winning students will also receive <strong>a royalty on the sale price<\/strong> of each T-shirt, regulated by an individual licensing agreement.<\/p>\n<h3>Students present their projects \u2013 the images<\/h3>\n<div class=\"embed-responsive embed-responsive-4by3\"><a title=\"\"RUFA x Promising Young Guys\" href=\"https:\/\/www.flickr.com\/photos\/unirufa\/albums\/72177720326605409\" data-flickr-embed=\"true\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"embed-responsive-item\" src=\"\nhttps:\/\/live.staticflickr.com\/65535\/54565186400_b3e469d338_h.jpg\" alt=\"\"RUFA x Promising Young Guys\" \/><\/a><script async src=\"\/\/embedr.flickr.com\/assets\/client-code.js\" charset=\"utf-8\"><\/script><\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>Congratulations to Leonardo Boschin, Francesco D&#8217;Acunto and Maria Furlotti, winners of the contest\u2019s inaugural edition. Their projects stood out for originality, alignment with the brief, and execution quality, impressing the jury.<\/h4>\n<p>&nbsp;<br \/>\nA special shout-out also goes to the students who received a mention for specific aspects of their projects:<br \/>\n<strong>Beatrice Piacente<\/strong>, for visual impact; <strong>Michele Pietrolucci<\/strong>, for the strength of the message; <strong>Simone De Castro<\/strong>, for the resilience shown during the process; <strong>Marco Izzo<\/strong>, for his attention to detail despite the last-minute submission; <strong>Valerio Fogli<\/strong>, for the irony of his proposal; <strong>Giulia Locci<\/strong>, for her powerful reflection on the strength of women. All proposals that, although not winners, struck the jury for their quality, creativity, and design value.<\/p>\n<p>The jury that evaluated the submitted projects included Daniele Poddighe, founder of Promising Young Guys; Stefano Cipolla, Coordinator of the BA in Graphic Design at RUFA; Claudio Spuri, Coordinator of the BA in Graphic Design \u2013 Comics &#038; Illustration; Elisa Abbadessa and Paolo Buonaiuto, RUFA lecturers;
