You are allowed to travel to meet only your relatives. Such trips shall be regarded as justified by necessity. However, it is strongly recommended to limit meetings with non-residents as much as possible, as this increases the risk of infection. The following rules must be complied with during these meetings: the ban of assembly, interpersonal distance of at least one metre and the obligation to use masks to protect the respiratory tract.

\n\t 2. Who are the relatives allowed to meet?\t \t\n \n\t \t<\/span>\n\t <\/a>\n\t <\/h4>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/article>\n\n\n

It must be considered that the “relatives” referred to in the Prime Ministerial Decree include: married couples, cohabiting partners, partners in civil unions, persons who are linked by a stable emotional relationship, as well as relatives up to the sixth degree (such as, for example, the children of cousins among them) and relatives up to the fourth degree (such as, for example, the spouse’ cousins).

\n\t 3. Can we go out for a walk?\t \t\n \n\t \t<\/span>\n\t <\/a>\n\t <\/h4>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/article>\n\n\n

You can leave your home only to go to work, for health reasons, for necessity (the decree includes in this case that of visiting relatives), or to carry out sports or motor activities outdoors. Therefore, walks are allowed only if strictly necessary to make a move justified by one of the above reasons. For example: it is justified to go shopping, to buy newspapers, to go to the pharmacy, to buy goods necessary for everyday life, to go to any of the open shops. Any departure from home for outdoor sporting or motor activity is justified. It is understood that the justification of all permitted trips, in the event of any checks, can be provided in the form and manner allowed. The justification of the reason for work can also be proved by showing adequate documentation provided by the employer (badges or similar) suitable to prove the declared condition. In any case, all movements are subject to the general ban on assembly, and therefore to the obligation to respect the minimum safety distance of one metre between persons.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n \n\n

\n\t 4. Are there movement restrictions for those with respiratory infection symptoms and fever above 37.5\u00b0?\t \t\n \n\t \t<\/span>\n\t <\/a>\n\t <\/h4>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/article>\n\n\n

Subjects with symptoms of respiratory infection and fever (over 37.5\u00b0 C) must stay at home and limit social contacts as much as possible by contacting their doctor.

Yes, but only to buy products falling within the categories of genres that are allowed to be sold, as provided for in the Dpcm 26th April 2020, the list of which is available on Gazzetta Ufficiale<\/em><\/a>.

\n\t 6. Can anyone who is outside their home, residence or domicile return to it?\t \t\n \n\t \t<\/span>\n\t <\/a>\n\t <\/h4>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/article>\n\n\n

Yes. The decree provides that it is in any case allowed to return to one’s home, residence or residence, even if it involves moving between different regions.

It is allowed to move between different regions only in cases where: 1) proven work needs, 2) absolute urgency or health reasons. Therefore, once you have returned to your home\/habitat\/residence even coming from another Region (as allowed from May 4, 2020), you will no longer be allowed to travel outside the borders of the Region in which you are located, if you do not have one of the above mentioned legitimate reasons for travel.

\n\t 8. I have a minor child, can I take him to a park, a villa, or a public garden?\t \t\n \n\t \t<\/span>\n\t <\/a>\n\t <\/h4>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/article>\n\n\n

S\u00ec. Yes. Public access to parks, villas and public gardens is permitted, but subject to strict compliance with the ban on all forms of assembly and the one metre safety distance between people. Children’s play areas that remain closed may not be used.

\n\t 9. Are sports activities allowed?\t \t\n \n\t \t<\/span>\n\t <\/a>\n\t <\/h4>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/article>\n\n\n

Outdoor sporting and motor activity is only permitted if it is carried out individually, unless they are cohabiting. From 4 May onwards, outdoor sports and exercise will no longer be permitted only in the vicinity of your own home. It will be possible the presence of a companion for minors or for people who are not completely self-sufficient. It is mandatory to respect the interpersonal distance of at least two meters, if it is a sporting activity, and one meter, if it is a simple motor activity. In any case, assembly is forbidden. In order to carry out the above mentioned motor or sporting activity, it is also permitted to travel by public or private transport to the place identified to carry out such activities. It is not allowed to carry out motor or sports activities outside your Region.

The use of the bicycle is permitted to reach the place of work, the place of residence or the shops that continue the sale. It is also permitted to use the bicycle for outdoor exercise. In all circumstances, the prescribed interpersonal safety distance must be observed.

Yes, you are allowed to travel within your region to visit the cemeteries of the deceased, always respecting the interpersonal safety distance of at least one metre and the ban on assembly.

Yes, they can be carried out in presence provided that there is an organization of spaces and work such as to minimize the risk of proximity and aggregation and that the organizational measures of prevention and protection indicated by the Dpcm of 26 April 2020 are adopted. In the event that the adoption of such measures cannot be assured, or in all other cases in which the presence of students is not possible, it will be possible to resort to the remote mode, in which case the necessary measures to ensure the prescribed publicity must be ensured.

These activities can start to be carried out again in presence provided that there is an organization of spaces and work such as to reduce as much as possible the risk of proximity and aggregation and that the organizational measures of prevention and protection indicated by the Dpcm of 26 April 2020 are adopted. In the event that the adoption of such measures cannot be guaranteed, or in all other cases in which the presence of students and\/or researchers is not possible, remote methods may also be used where possible.
