After the Covid-19 emergency, the fourth edition of Oggetto Libro<\/strong> kicks off, three appointments to discuss the “artist’s book”<\/strong> and “design book”<\/strong> that will accompany enthusiasts and professionals until next December.<\/p>\n

“Oggetto Libro”<\/strong>, the title of the event, is an international initiative conceived in 2016 by Susanna Vallebona<\/strong> on the occasion of the XXI Triennale di Milano<\/strong> to bring together the world of art<\/strong> and the world of design<\/strong> through the common denominator of creativity.<\/p>\n

The event, which received an Honourable Mention<\/strong> at the 25th<\/sup> ADI Golden Compass<\/strong>, is promoted by “SBLU_spazioalbello”<\/strong>, Braidense National Library<\/strong>, Mediateca Santa Teresa<\/strong>, Pinacoteca di Brera<\/strong>, La Triennale di Milano<\/strong>, ADI<\/strong> and AIAP<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The story<\/h2>\n

Thanks to its great success with the public, the exhibition has been requested by many institutions since 2016. This has enabled the project to move around the country and abroad: Florence, Milan and Croatia are just some of the destinations that have allowed the experience to expand to a wider and more diversified audience. <\/p>\n

A very important step that has revealed the interest in those products of creativity that are easy to use from the point of view of content, but at the same time bearers of research, experimentation and innovation.<\/p>\n

The September appointment<\/h2>\n

\nThe first event<\/strong> of the fourth edition of Oggetto Libro will take place from 14 to 26 September 2021<\/strong> at the ADI Design Museum<\/strong> in Piazza Compasso d’Oro 1 in Milan. The aim is simple and immediate: to create a parallelism between design and art in the name of numbers and quality<\/strong>. <\/p>\n

The 275<\/strong> volumes on display<\/strong> come from all over the world. Among these 105<\/strong> are enriched with augmented reality<\/strong>. Object Book, in fact, will offer visitors the chance to immerse themselves in a unique experience<\/strong>. Through the “ARIA THE AR PLATFORM”<\/strong> application, reality and the digital world become one. The selected books can be explored in augmented reality.<\/p>\n

The novelty of this fourth edition is represented by a space dedicated to the bookmark, which can be considered an instrumental part of the book and has the task of acting as a reminder to help find the point where you leave off reading.<\/p>\n

Exhibition times<\/h2>\n

For anti-Covid-19 security reasons, the organisers have provided different time slots for attendance at the opening ceremony<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
