This year RUFA is partner of the first edition of the Festival of contemporary art “Ladispolaneamente”<\/strong>, an initiative that was created to enhance, promote and support the visual arts and contemporary artists.<\/h3>\n

The project was conceived and curated by the artist and former RUFA student Elisa Selli and curator Eleonora Gioia Franceschini, and was born thanks to the support and patronage of the <ahref=”http:\/\/Municipality of Ladispoli” rel = “noopener” target = “_ blank”>Municipality of Ladispoli. The theme of the Festival is “Archeology of the future<\/strong>“, national and international artists are encouraged to face and investigate the contemporary with an archaeological perspective: an approach that allows you to explore the present and at the same time try to imagine how this will be understood in the future. The result will be a multiple dialogue between spectator and works, and works with works, which will bring to light new considerations regarding our presence here and now, studding them with cultural, anthropological, political and social issues.
\nThe event will be held at Villa Margherita Hotel<\/a>, at via Duca degli Abruzzi 147.<\/p>\n

\u2022 15 artists will be selected following an open call
\n\u2022 3 winning artists
\n\u2022 3 cash value prizes of \u20ac300,00; \u20ac200,00; \u20ac100,00.<\/h4>\n

RUFA students are encouraged to get involved: the deadline to apply for the Festival’s call is 31 March 2022<\/strong>. The 15 artists selected for the competition will be published by 10 April, and the 3 winning artists will be announced on 22 April. The collective exhibition of the works will be held on 22-23-24 April.<\/strong><\/p>\n
