


{"id":32016,"date":"2021-10-09T10:30:08","date_gmt":"2021-10-09T08:30:08","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.unirufa.it\/?p=32016"},"modified":"2024-05-06T09:32:46","modified_gmt":"2024-05-06T07:32:46","slug":"linee-guida-covid-19","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.unirufa.it\/es\/2021\/10\/09\/linee-guida-covid-19\/","title":{"rendered":"COVID-19 Guidelines"},"content":{"rendered":"<strong>ISOLATION MEASURES<\/strong><br \/>\n&#8211; Persons who test positive in a molecular or antigenic diagnostic test for SARS-CoV-2 are subjected to the measure of isolation, which may be terminated:<\/p>\n<p>A) 5 days after the first positive test or the onset of symptoms, regardless of whether an antigenic or molecular test has been performed, for cases that have always been asymptomatic and for those who have not been symptomatic for at least 2 days. For cases that have always been asymptomatic, isolation may end even earlier than 5 days if an antigenic or molecular test performed at a health facility\/pharmacy proves negative.<\/p>\n<p>B) After 5 days, but always necessarily following an antigenic or molecular test with a negative result, for cases in immunocompromised individuals.<\/p>\n<p>C) After a minimum period of 5 days from the first positive test, if asymptomatic for at least 2 days and negative to an antigenic or molecular test, for citizens who entered Italy from the People&#8217;s Republic of China in the 7 days preceding the first positive test.<\/p>\n<p>At the end of isolation, the use of FFP2-type respiratory protective equipment is mandatory until ten days after the onset of symptoms or the first positive test (in the case of asymptomatics), and it is recommended to avoid high-risk persons and\/or crowded environments. These precautions may be discontinued in the event of a negative antigenic or molecular test.<br \/>\nClose contacts of positive cases should apply the self-monitoring regime, during which FFP2 respiratory protective equipment must be worn indoors or in crowded areas until the fifth day following the date of the last close contact. If symptoms suggestive of possible Sars-Cov-2 infection occur during the self-monitoring period, immediate antigenic or molecular testing is recommended.<\/p>\n<p><strong>PREVENTION MEASURES<\/strong><br \/>\n-Guarantee hand hygiene by keeping the sanitising gel dispensers active;<br \/>\n-Guarantee the level of cleanliness of the rooms dedicated to teaching activities and laboratories;<br \/>\n-Assure frequent air exchange;<br \/>\n-Provide FFP2 type masks to fragile subjects (students, teachers, staff), for all other subjects no masks are required;<br \/>\n-Sanitise premises frequented by contaminated subjects according to ISS COVID-19 report no. 12\/2021.<\/p>\n<p><strong>ACCESS CONDITIONS IN RUFA<\/strong><br \/>\nNo admission to RUFA is possible if at least one of the following three conditions occurs:<br \/>\n-symptomatology compatible with covid-19 (acute respiratory symptoms, cough, cold, vomiting, diarrhoea, loss of taste, loss of smell, intense headache);<br \/>\n-body temperature above 37.5\u00b0c;<br \/>\n-diagnostic test for sars-cov-2 positive.<br \/>\nOne can enter RUFA upon the occurrence of one of the following conditions:<br \/>\n-in the presence of minor respiratory symptoms, in good general condition and without fever;<br \/>\n-in the presence of frequent and habitual colds while wearing FFP2;<br \/>\n-in the presence of mild, non-habitual symptoms, in the absence of fever, while wearing FFP2.<\/p>\n<p><strong>MANAGEMENT OF POSITIVE CASES<\/strong><br \/>\nIn order to prevent possible outbreaks of infection, the College&#8217;s offices have organised themselves to enable adequate \u00abcontact tracing\u00bb in accordance with the ISS indications.<br \/>\nRUFA has appointed Dr. Ernesto Pastore (referentecovid@unirufa.it) as \u00abCOVID Contact Person\u00bb who will have the task of interacting with the prevention department for case management.<br \/>\nThe meeting room in via Benaco 2 and the meeting room in via degli Ausoni 7 have been determined as the dedicated room for patient isolation while waiting for emergency vehicles.<br \/>\nStaff members, students or lecturers who show symptoms indicative of Sars-CoV-2 infection in the course of their work and\/or teaching activities at the Academy will be accommodated in the dedicated room or isolation area, which has been set up for this purpose. The person concerned will go to his\/her home and follow the instructions of the GP\/PLS, duly informed.<\/p>\n<p><strong>MANAGEMENT OF CONFIRMED COVID-19 CASES<\/strong><br \/>\nSubjects who test positive in the diagnostic test for SARS-CoV-2 are subjected to the isolation measure. A negative test result (molecular or antigenic) at the end of the isolation measure is required for re-entry into RUFA.<\/p>\n<p><strong>DIGITAL EDUCATION AND EXAMINATIONS<\/strong><br \/>\n-It is permissible for teachers and students who are Covid-19 positive, upon presentation of appropriate medical certification of positivity, to sit examinations and dissertations remotely, by notifying the management and secretariat in good time.<\/p>\n<p><strong>FRAGILE SUBJECTS<\/strong><br \/>\nThe so-called fragile subjects who, due to the SARS-CoV-2 virus, are more exposed to the risk of developing adverse symptoms are obliged to notify the Institution of this condition, also specifying any protective measures to be activated during their presence in the classroom.<br \/>\nFollowing the report received, the School Institution assesses the specific situation, identifying the appropriate precautionary measures to be applied in order to guarantee the subject&#8217;s participation in presence and under safe conditions.<\/p>\n<p>The Ministry of Health calls on institutions to support the vaccination campaign in schools and universities. Los estudiantes de otros grupos, que no asisten a la semana en cuesti\u00f3n, seguir\u00e1n las lecciones en directo por Internet.<\/p>\n<p>Algunas de las <strong>conferencias principales<\/strong>, que abarcan varios cursos de estudio, <strong>s\u00f3lo se impartir\u00e1n a distancia<\/strong> en vista del gran n\u00famero de estudiantes que tendr\u00e1n que participar.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Las clases comenzar\u00e1n el 2 de noviembre de 2020<\/strong>. La informaci\u00f3n detallada sobre las clases y el horario de cada curso estar\u00e1 disponible en octubre en la p\u00e1gina web unirufa.it.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Los estudiantes con discapacidad y DSA<\/strong> que necesiten <strong>apoyo<\/strong> para asistir a las clases en persona pueden ponerse en contacto con el mostrador dedicado<strong> escribiendo<\/strong> en la siguiente direcci\u00f3n de correo electr\u00f3nico: <a href=\"mailto:segreteriasdd@unirufa.it\"><strong>segreteriasdd@unirufa.it<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Todos los cursos<\/strong> programados para el primer semestre del A.Y. 2020-2021, independientemente del a\u00f1o de impartici\u00f3n, <strong>son ofertados por los profesores de forma presencial<\/strong>, pudiendo ser <strong>tomados<\/strong> por los alumnos tanto de forma presencial, compatible con las medidas de seguridad necesarias, <strong>o a distancia en modalidad sincr\u00f3nica<\/strong>, salvo las necesidades espec\u00edficas de los cursos con asistencia obligatoria presencial.<br \/>\nTodos los estudiantes que no puedan asistir a las clases presenciales, incluidos los estudiantes extranjeros y de fuera de la Universidad, pueden solicitar asistir a las clases en l\u00ednea. Estas solicitudes ser\u00e1n evaluadas por las estructuras docentes competentes.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Las grabaciones de las clases<\/strong> y cualquier otro material \u00fatil para el aprendizaje de los alumnos podr\u00e1n estar disponibles de forma as\u00edncrona, de forma compatible con la capacidad de almacenamiento y los requisitos de gesti\u00f3n de la actividad, <strong>previa solicitud justificada y necesidad demostrada<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Las instalaciones did\u00e1cticas han sido<strong>dotadas de equipos multimedia a todas las aulas f\u00edsicas<\/strong> disponibles para los cursos correspondientes.<br \/>\nTodas las habitaciones han sido equipadas con dispositivos <strong>SHU para higienizar el ambiente<\/strong>. La tecnolog\u00eda utilizada es de \u00faltima generaci\u00f3n, y se basa en la producci\u00f3n de un manto de oxidantes redundantes que higienizan las superficies y el aire y eliminan los contaminantes, mediante la destrucci\u00f3n de los g\u00e9rmenes con la luz de la l\u00e1mpara germicida UVC.<\/p>\n<p>La programaci\u00f3n del acceso a las aulas garantizar\u00e1 que todos los alumnos puedan disfrutar de un periodo -el m\u00e1ximo posible- de ense\u00f1anza presencial, con especial atenci\u00f3n a los alumnos de primer a\u00f1o.<\/p>\n<p>El calendario docente se optimizar\u00e1 tanto proporcionando un periodo continuo y no fragmentado de presencia en el aula por parte de los alumnos en un mismo d\u00eda, como limitando al m\u00e1ximo los desplazamientos de los alumnos entre aulas \/ lugares alejados entre s\u00ed.<br \/>\n            <\/div>\n        <\/div>\n    <\/div>\n    \n\n<article class=\"panel panel-default\" role=\"article\" itemscope itemtype=\"http:\/\/schema.org\/BlogPosting\">\n    <div class=\"panel-heading\" role=\"tab\" id=\"heading2\">\n\t    <h4 class=\"panel-title\">\n\t        <a class=\"collapsed\" role=\"button\" data-toggle=\"collapse\" data-parent=\"#accordion\" href=\"#collapse2\" aria-expanded=\"false\" aria-controls=\"collapse2\" itemprop=\"headline\"><strong><em>2 \u2013 Instrucciones para los ex\u00e1menes y las sesiones de tesisi<\/em><\/strong>\t        \t<span class=\"courses\">\n                 \n\t        \t<\/span>\n\t        <\/a>\n\t    <\/h4>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/article>\n\n\n    <div id=\"collapse2\" class=\"panel-collapse collapse \" role=\"tabpanel\" aria-labelledby=\"heading2\">\n        <div class=\"panel-body\" itemprop=\"articleBody\">\n            <div class=\"item-description\">\n                \n<p><strong>A partir de la Fase 2, los ex\u00e1menes de beneficios se realizan tanto de forma telem\u00e1tica como presencial<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Los ex\u00e1menes a distancia se realizan de acuerdo con las instrucciones de funcionamiento dictadas por <a href=\"https:\/\/www.unirufa.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/DecretoEsamiOraliaDistanzaRUFA_290520-signed.pdf\">D.D. 02\/2020\/A de 29.05.2020<\/a> y resumidas en el <a href=\"https:\/\/www.unirufa.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/02\/ESAMI_webex_studenti_ITA_0302.pdf\">protocolo de conducta publicado en la web unirufa.it<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Las sesiones de tesis se realizan en persona<\/strong>. La secretar\u00eda, en funci\u00f3n de las reservas recibidas, confirmar\u00e1 la disponibilidad de acceso e invitar\u00e1 al alumno a registrarse en la recepci\u00f3n antes de entrar en el recinto y a respetar las normas de seguridad de Covid-19.<\/p>\n<p>Los alumnos de la RUFA tambi\u00e9n podr\u00e1n <strong>acceder<\/strong> a los laboratorios, parte fundamental de su formaci\u00f3n pr\u00e1ctica. El acceso ser\u00e1 restringido y posible incluso en peque\u00f1os grupos de un m\u00e1ximo de 5\/6 personas (RUFALab m\u00e1ximo 2 estudiantes al mismo tiempo), dependiendo de la capacidad del laboratorio.<\/p>\n<p>El acceso a la <strong>Biblioteca<\/strong> tambi\u00e9n estar\u00e1 restringido y, para la consulta\/estudio, se permitir\u00e1 un m\u00e1ximo de 3 alumnos a la vez. Las estaciones deben reservarse por correo electr\u00f3nico en <a href=\"biblioteca@unirufa.it\">biblioteca@unirufa.it<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>El <strong>acceso a las oficinas de RUFA s\u00f3lo ser\u00e1 posible mediante reserva directa<\/strong> con la propia oficina.
