Human-Centered Design for Future Scenarios\u00bb tenuto dal docente Massimiliano Dibitonto &#8211; UX designer, esperto di HCI, Internet of Things e Digital Fabrication, Product and Services Manager presso la prestigiosa azienda italiana Olivetti<\/h4>\n<p>&nbsp;<br \/>\nUn workshop che nasce grazie alla consolidata partnership tra RUFA e lo storico marchio <a href=\"https:\/\/www.olivetti.com\/it\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Olivetti<\/strong><\/a>, icona del Design Made in Italy che, anche attraverso queste iniziative, porta avanti la grande tradizione di collaborazione fra industria e mondo del design. In prima linea nel settore dell\u2019innovazione tecnologica e digital factory del <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gruppotim.it\/it.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Gruppo TIM<\/a>, Olivetti non poteva che partecipare al ciclo di <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.unirufa.it\/eventi\/workshop-rufa-2021-22-sessione-marzo\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Workshop RUFA<\/a><\/strong> affrontando un tema rilevante e complesso quale \u00e8 il <strong>rapporto tra uomo e tecnologia digitale<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h3>Il tema del workshop<\/h3>\n<p>Il rapporto tra uomo e tecnologia digitale sta affrontando una profonda evoluzione. L\u2019informatica \u00e8 uscita al di fuori dello schermo del pc e ha iniziato a colonizzare oggetti, spazi, relazioni e il modo stesso con cui percepiamo e viviamo la realt\u00e0. Smart Cities, case intelligenti, assistenti vocali, criptovalute, auto a guida autonoma sono solo alcuni degli elementi che stanno diventando sempre pi\u00f9 familiari creando nuove possibilit\u00e0 e trasformando le nostre abitudini. Gli oggetti e gli spazi intelligenti si collegano tra loro attraverso servizi digitali creando ecosistemi complessi. La complessit\u00e0 che caratterizza questo tipo di scenari rende necessario un approccio multidisciplinare che includa le discipline del design, le scienze umane, i fattori tecnologici e di business. In questo contesto il ruolo del designer \u00e8 quello di espandere le proprie competenze e il proprio punto di vista ponendo, con un approccio sistemico, l\u2019essere umano al centro di questi ecosistemi, cos\u00ec che possano diventare realmente innovativi, utili e inclusivi.<\/p>\n<h3>Obiettivi del workshop<\/h3>\n<p>Il workshop ha l\u2019obiettivo di introdurre gli studenti allo stato dell\u2019arte nei nuovi scenari creati dall\u2019Internet of Things, dall\u2019Artificial Intelligence e dagli altri paradigmi tecnologici innovativi fornendo le competenze e gli strumenti in grado di immaginare e progettare <strong>ecosistemi Smart e interattivi<\/strong>.<br \/>\nIn particolare, anche grazie a delle esperienze dei manager di Olivetti, saranno approfonditi i temi legati all\u2019<strong>Internet of Things<\/strong>, <strong>Smart Cities<\/strong>, <strong>Smart Agriculture, mobilit\u00e0, sostenibilit\u00e0<\/strong>, introducendo le principali sfide e gli abilitatori tecnologici. Gli studenti quindi ipotizzeranno prodotti e servizi basati su questi contesti ponendo particolare attenzione agli aspetti di User Experience.<\/p>\n<h3>Biografia docente<\/h3>\n<p>Massimiliano Dibitonto \u00e8 un manager, Service\/UX designer e ricercatore. Attraverso il Design Thinking e le nuove tecnologie (come l&#8217;Internet of Things, l&#8217;AI, la Digital Fabrication) progetta prodotti e servizi che creano valore mettendo al centro l&#8217;essere umano. In Olivetti coordina il team di Products and Services Guidelines, curando gli aspetti di Customer Experience di prodotti e servizi a portfolio. \u00c9 stato ricercatore presso la Link Campus University di Roma partecipando a vari progetti nazionali ed europei sui temi della formazione professionale e dell\u2019imprenditorialit\u00e0 creativa ricoprendo incarichi di docenza su Internet of Things, Service e Innovation Design e Interaction Design. E&#8217; coautore di un metodo di co-design per la progettazione della UX di prodotti e servizi connessi.<\/p>\n<h3>Olivetti<\/h3>\n<p>Brand storico dell&#8217;industria italiana e Digital Factory per le soluzioni IoT del Gruppo TIM opera sul mercato domestico e internazionale come realt\u00e0 rinnovata ed in evoluzione che pone al centro di ogni sua attivit\u00e0 la generazione di valore per i propri clienti.
