1909 is a brand aimed at teenagers who love music, sport and art, are always looking for something new and want to keep up with fashion. 1909 offers a wide range of garments, including T-shirts, sweatshirts, hats, socks and jackets, created by two designers who want to promote the San Lorenzo district. In fact, every item features graphic elements inspired by the district’s monuments, murals, writings and symbols. Made from soft and comfortable materials, the garments are suitable for every season and accessible to everyone. In ancient Rome, aristocratic districts had their own coats of arms identifying each neighbourhood. As a working-class district, San Lorenzo never had one of its own. Our brand therefore wanted to pay tribute to the district by giving it the long-awaited coat of arms.
