Erasmus+ Program

Erasmus+ (2021-2027) is the European Union programme for education, training and international mobility, which allows university students to undertake a period of study at one or more European partner universities, benefiting from an Erasmus grant, up to a maximum total of 12 months per study cycle.

Promoting cultural exchange.

European educational exchange for students, lecturers and staff is an integral part of RUFA education. RUFA has participated in Erasmus+ since the 2011–2012 academic year. Today, RUFA partner universities are located in Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Iceland, Lithuania, Poland, Portugal, the Czech Republic, Spain and Hungary.

ERASMUS+ STUDY

  • Personal motivation letter (max. 3 institutions).
  • Screenshot of the reserved area showing credits, exams passed and weighted average.
  • Book of personal works (Digital Portfolio) to be submitted via link, using sharing platforms.
  • Dated and signed self-declaration or official certification (if requested by the Partner Institution) of the level of knowledge of the language of the host country or English.

ERASMUS+ TRAINEESHIP

  • Institution/Student Agreement (Annex V) – to be agreed personally between the Institution and the student before departure.

Incoming students

INCOMING STUDENTS MUST BE NOMINATED BY THEIR HOME PARTNER INSTITUTION; THEREFORE, ONLY NOMINATIONS RECEIVED FROM THE INSTITUTION WILL BE PROCESSED.

RUFA academic calendar

Applications will be reviewed by the relevant study departments and will be accepted or rejected based on the quality of the portfolio submitted and the availability of places within the departments.
