Claudio Spuri

Claudio Spuri is an Art Director and Graphic Designer. In 1996, he graduated in Graphic Design and Visual Communication from IED Istituto Europeo di Design in Rome. In 1999, he embarked on a professional career in the field of editorial graphics and Exhibit Design. In 2002, he co-founded the firm EJWD Crossmedia Communication Design, based in Rome, with which he rolled out institutional and unconventional advertising communication projects until 2011, using conventional and new media.
He is a Senior Professional Member of AIAP Associazione Italiana Design della Comunicazione Visiva / Italian Association of Visual Communication Design. In 2006, he published the book “T-shirt: fabric tattoos” for the publisher Tunué, and in 2007 the blog, both dedicated to the T-shirt culture. Since 2003, he teaches visual communication. In particular, in 2003, at the Department of Graphics of Istituto Quasar in Rome; in 2009, at the Industrial Design degree programme of the “Ludovico Quaroni” Faculty of Architecture of Sapienza University in Rome; and, in 2013, at RUFA Rome University of Fine Arts, at the Master of Arts course in Visual and Innovation Design.
