Art, Technique and Contemporary Vision

You will become a visual artist with a solid background in painting, graphic techniques, photography and contemporary arts. You will be able to work in the fields of visual arts, fine art printmaking, curating, exhibition spaces and art publishing.

Fields of Study

VISUAL ARTS

Solid art, born from the fusion of plasticity and technique, and expressed as a universal language between form and thought. In this field, you will explore classical and contemporary studies, the analysis of aesthetic principles and the search for balance between form and substance, building a comprehensive and multidisciplinary education through art history, graphic arts, drawing, photography and audiovisual techniques.

PAINTING

The course guides students in developing a personal and coherent artistic path. Through drawing, photography, visual archives and experimentation with materials and methods, the research engages with art history and contemporary society, giving shape to conscious, critical and independent projects.

ART MANAGEMENT

From nineteenth-century Salons to contemporary practices, you will explore the history of curating and the evolution of the art system: galleries, museums, happenings and participatory works. You will learn how to build a portfolio, write an artist statement and take part in a Studio Visit with a curator.

The RUFA Three-Year Academic Diploma requires the acquisition of 60 academic credits for each academic year.
To obtain the qualification, students must complete the entire study programme, achieving a total of 180 CFA (Academic Formative Credits).

Attendance is compulsory for all classes at RUFA’s campuses.
