Welcome Day 2026 | RUFA Roma

Join us at the RUFA Rome Campus on Saturday 24 October 2026 for Welcome Day!

An event dedicated to all new RUFA students at the Rome campus, to officially welcome you to the Academy and start the new academic year together. This will be an opportunity to get to know RUFA better, explore the facilities and services available to you, and receive all the information you need to make the most of your academic journey.

Throughout the day, RUFA staff will introduce the main student support services, from administrative assistance to academic support and tutoring. You will also have the opportunity to meet your Course Tutor, a key point of contact who will support you throughout the academic year.

To ensure the best possible welcome for all participants, the day will be organised into three sessions, divided according to your course of study and language of instruction.

Check the programme below to find your session and confirm what time you should arrive at the Academy.

IMPORTANT: This page contains the programme for the RUFA Rome Welcome Day only. A separate programme has been organised for students at the Milan campus and is available on the Welcome Day 2026 | RUFA Milan

PLEASE NOTE THE LANGUAGE OF INSTRUCTION: Some academic programmes are offered in both Italian and English. Please check the ITA or ENG label next to your course name carefully to identify the correct session.
