Roberto Scavizzi is a practising lawyer, specialising in company law, civil law and new technologies law.
He also teaches as a supplementary contract professor (Professore a contratto integrativo) Community IT Law at LUISS Guido Carli University, Rome.
He has written many articles on the law of new technologies, the monograph Lineamenti di diritto processuale comunitario (Halley Editrice), and has co-written a Manuale di diritto comunitario dell’informatica (Giuffré Editore). Last but not least, he collaborated with the publisher Giuffré s.p.a. in editing the Repertory of Civil Justice (annual edition).
