Talents from Sustainable Fashion Design take the stage in Vilnius: the “Fashion Persona” capsule collection debuts in the Lithuanian capital.

The Sustainable Fashion Week Vilnius ‘25, the only event of its kind in the Baltic States, will transform Saturday, August 29, 2025 the picturesque Vilnius Town Hall Square into a stage dedicated to ethical fashion and sustainable innovation. More than just a runway show, the festival aims to be a true cultural and social movement, raising awareness of conscious consumption and the circular economy, while engaging emerging designers, creatives, and citizens committed to the future of fashion.
“Fashion, Reclaimed”: Rethinking Our Relationship with Fashion
The 2025 edition revolves around the theme “Fashion, Reclaimed”, an invitation to rediscover the value of style, extend the life cycle of garments, and support local designers.
In this international setting, RUFA students from the Sustainable Fashion Design program will showcase their creative vision: the jury has selected the projects of six second-year students — Gabriele Salzone, Erika Tripoli, Francesco Caruccio, Margherita Beritognolo, Sara Venturi, and Antonio Tedeschi — who will present their creations in Vilnius.
Their designs are part of the capsule collection “Fashion Persona”, created entirely with denim supplied by partner Berto. This collaboration highlights RUFA’s commitment to promoting responsible practices and design research, strengthening the dialogue between education, experimentation, and industry.
Ahead of the runway show, on Friday, August 28, an international conference will take place titled: “Re-Cyclical Fashion: Where Creativity Meets Technology for a Conscious Revolution.”
Speakers will include Guenda Cermel, coordinator of RUFA’s BA in Sustainable Fashion Design, and Marco Guarna, RUFA lecturer in Design for Circular Economy and Service Design.
The conference will provide an opportunity to explore some of the industry’s most relevant topics: from circular design to technological innovation, and new perspectives for ethical and sustainable fashion.

The Sustainable Fashion Week Vilnius ‘25 is organized by Vilnius Town Hall, under the patronage of the Vilnius City Municipality.
