Cinema
Erika Valletta.

Erika Valletta, born in Rome on 24/11/1995. She graduated from RUFA with a final grade of 110/110 with honours, attending the Cinema course. Director of short films presented at various festivals and subsequently included in official selections, and assistant director for films and short films. I have also had the opportunity to organise the work of extras and background actors (including for television). I am a determined person and I work hard, I always try to smile at everyone, to make my way with politeness and above all with respect. After all, we work towards the same result and collaboration is an essential factor, just like in a family. The pressure of competition can often be felt, but ultimately it helps you grow and mature. It was time that led me into the world of creativity and art; in fact, I never imagined this for myself when I was a child. I went through many moments of great confusion and insecurity. But now, also thanks to Rufa, I know that I could not do anything else with my life.

Il cinema per tutti, film di serie B?

A study of escapist cinema, light-hearted cinema, cinema for everyone, which can undoubtedly be defined as commercial, in contrast to auteur cinema. A focus on the 1970s, on the general changes in society during those years and, consequently, on what audiences wanted to see and experience in cinemas.

B-movie cinema, therefore, certainly easy to package and without intellectual pretensions.
But also intelligent and often fantastic cinema which, even if it does not leave its mark on the history of cinema, certainly leaves one on the history of box-office takings.
