Hi, I’m Hysen Drogu, an Albanian Visual Designer. I have lived in Rome since the age of 13 and immediately integrated into Italian culture. Ever since I was a child, I have had a passion for drawing, and this gradually led me to turn my passion into a profession. I studied at the Ripetta art high school and continued my studies with a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Design. A fundamental step in my personal and professional growth was the specialist training programme in Visual and Innovation Design at RUFA. In a stimulating environment where art played a central role, I had the opportunity to acquire new skills and knowledge that launched me into the professional world. I have a passion for sport, technology and everything related to the world of design. Design has proved useful as an approach to life and leads me every day to strive to improve myself, connecting the dots of my experiences and tracing the path towards achieving my personal and professional goals.
Smart City
The thesis project consists of creating a service that provides a valid alternative to specific problems encountered in certain places. The creation of an app was proposed, whose main purpose was precisely to offer innovative solutions for addressing problems related to the smart city.
Hysen focused on the airport and developed a system that enables the management of flows and the orientation of people while increasing safety through rapid identification.
The individual solutions developed were also applied to different contexts and locations. Finally, an additional interaction method was created, consisting of adapting the application for wearable devices.
