“Feet on the ground, head in the sky” This must be the place – Talking Heads
My name is Claudia and I am a Visual Designer.
I love every form of art, perhaps cinema in particular, and I am always looking for new ways to express myself.
I was born in Naples in 1992 and at the age of 19 I moved to Bologna to attend Dams, graduating in 2015 with a thesis in Psychology of Art. I discovered my passion for graphic design and visual communication through the one-year course “IFTS – Technician for Communication and Multimedia”.
I lived in Barcelona for several months, where I worked as an intern at a communication agency. After returning to Italy, I completed my studies with a Master’s Degree in Visual and Innovation Design at RUFA in February 2020.
Today I collaborate with a graphic design studio specialising in visual communication for Cinema and TV series and I could not be more enthusiastic about my work.
Don’t Hug Me System
A system for assessing quality of life in the workplace, designed with a collaborative approach
Don’t Hug me System is a system for monitoring and controlling harassment, discrimination and quality of life in general in the workplace.
Work is a source of psychological as well as financial support. I decided to focus on an often underestimated problem, namely the protection of workers from psychosocial risks generated by particular interactions or forms of discrimination within the workplace.
Through interviews with lawyers and trade unionists and thanks to the group activities carried out during the research phase, I was able to map, in a kind of “severity scale”, some of the interactions considered most unpleasant at work. Having such a broad view of the phenomenon allowed me to design an ecosystem composed of different touchpoints through which unwanted behaviour by colleagues or superiors can be reported and made visible anonymously.
