Glastonbury Festival – Visual Identity

This project was born as a challenge: to combine a passion for music with study and training in the world of design, giving my own personal interpretation of the communicative power of music expressed through shapes, fonts and colours.

The goal is to design a visual identity that conveys the wild, vital energy of the Glastonbury Festival.

An interweaving of different musical styles, different cultures and converging activities that open the doors to a multidimensional reality in which the festival is the gravitational centre. The kaleidoscopic nature of the festival gives rise to a freedom expressed through experiences with different rhythms. The system involves the use of a coding algorithm to make the identity generative and unique in its kind.
“What makes us unique from one another is not only our appearance (visual) but also the way we move, the kinetic energy and biomechanics that compose us, that identify us”.
