A high-profile collaboration between RUFA and Premio Strega, intertwining advanced education, creativity, and contemporary literature. On June 3, 2025, live streaming from Caivano on the Premio Strega website, the twelve finalists of the new edition of the most important Italian literary award will be presented.
On this occasion, the ceremony screen will showcase in preview the 12 dust jackets created by RUFA students from the Graphic Design and Graphic Design – Comics and Illustration courses, each inspired by one of the finalist books. A powerful visual narrative born within the Academy and accompanied by the supervision of professors Claudio Spuri, Francesco Fidani, Livia Massaccesi, Stefano Cipolla, and Gino Iacobelli.
During the presentation, the twelve authors will take the stage holding their book, enhanced by the dust jacket designed by our students. This moment marks the beginning of a journey that will take the books – and their new graphic outfits – through the main stages of the Prize: on June 4 in Benevento, where the five finalists will be announced, and on June 5 in Rome, at the Casa delle Letterature, leading up to the final evening in July.
This collaboration represents a concrete opportunity for our students to engage with the professional world, experimenting with visual languages in service of culture and contributing their own touch to the storytelling of contemporary literature.
