AIESEC is the largest global network of young people. It was founded in 1948 to develop a young entrepreneurial and responsible leadership capable of generating a positive impact on society thanks to the technical and organizational skills acquired within the organization.
To this end, AIESEC offers opportunities for leadership and international exchange in the 126 countries in which it operates. As a global, non-political, independent and non-profit organization, AIESEC enables young people to be trained in an international and multicultural context, which is open to different points of view and sensitive to worldwide issues.
AIESEC develops its leaders through constant learning during practical experiences, enabling young people to learn and challenge themselves in a stimulating environment.
