Il ruolo dell’artista nell’era dell’intelligenza artificiale generativa

The Role of the Artist in the Age of Generative Artificial Intelligence

Wednesday 10 December, 10:00 AM – Aula Magna, Via Taro 14

❯ You will be able to register for the event starting from Monday 1 December through the Career System.   RUFA continues the 2025/2026 Talk series with a new meeting dedicated to the relationship between creativity and emerging technologies. The talk, proposed by Emiliano Mammucari and conducted by Lorenzo “LRNZ” Ceccotti, offers a critical and informed perspective on the scenarios that artificial intelligence is opening up in the professional paths of the artists of tomorrow.

At the centre of the meeting will be the differences between AI as a tool and AI as a service, the paradigm shift these technologies introduce in the very definition of the artist, and the potential pitfalls that may emerge in personal learning and growth pathways. A necessary reflection at a time when new AI systems are transforming processes, languages, and perspectives within the creative field. This event is part of the annual RUFA Talk programme, designed to offer students opportunities for in-depth exploration and discussion on contemporary languages and the transformations reshaping the creative landscape.

Lorenzo Ceccotti (LRNZ)

A Roman artist active across multiple areas of visual arts – from graphic design to animation, from cinema to illustration and comics – will lead the discussion.
Founder of the collective SUPERAMICI together with Tuono Pettinato, Ratigher, Maicol e Mirco and Dr. Pira, he is also co-founder and president of EGAIR – European Guild for AI Regulation, an organisation committed to defining guidelines and responsibilities in the use of artificial intelligence.

Registration for the talk will be available starting from Monday 1 December 2025.
The Talks are open to all RUFA students. To register, access the RUFA Career System with your credentials.
