“Cornerstones” is a collective exhibition featuring the works of young artists from the RUFA Multimedia Installations and Visual Art Techniques and Technologies programs.

The 20 participating artists explore the theme of the corner, not only as a physical element but also as a deep concept. The corner, in fact, represented the starting point for laying the first stone in cathedrals, a symbolic place that served as an orientation both spiritually and philosophically. In this exhibition, the corner becomes both a refuge and a stage for works created using different techniques: painting, sculpture, installation, and performance.

Each work develops in relation to the space that hosts it but connects with other works, creating a symbolic path that invites the viewer to shift their focus from the centrality of empty walls to the more remote corners of the space, in search of hidden beauty.
