SATURN FESTIVAL – Meet the Author

Dynamic and Generative Visual Identity for an Electronic Music Festival.
Presentation of the thesis project by Giuseppe Elia, RUFA Alum in Visual and Innovation Design.

RUFA Space – Via degli Ausoni, 7
Monday, November 10, 6:00 PM
Free admission.

RUFA hosts the presentation of Saturn Festival, a thesis project in Visual and Innovation Design supervised by Professor Emanuele Cappelli. The event is open to the public: an opportunity to explore a research project that combines art, electronic music, and technology in an innovative and generative visual system.

The project develops the visual identity of a traveling electronic music festival, conceived as an experiential ecosystem where sound, nature, and local identity merge into a multisensory language. The goal is to create a space where artists can experiment and the audience can immerse themselves in visual and sound experiences that stimulate new forms of perception. The festival thus becomes a tool for territorial regeneration, environmental awareness, and community connection.

The event is organized as part of RUFAlumni Showcase, the project through which RUFA provides its spaces to give former students the opportunity to present their work to the public, highlighting emerging talent and the connection between education and profession.

The project is by Giuseppe Elia, a Visual Designer who embraces the cross-disciplinary nature of communication design. Passionate about creating visual experiences that range from branding to motion design, Elia combines different languages and styles into a single harmonious vision. Curiosity and experimentation guide the art direction of his work, fostering a continuous dialogue between art, technology, and design.

We look forward to seeing you on Monday, November 10, at 6:00 PM at RUFA Space – Via degli Ausoni, 7, to discover Saturn Festival together.
