Sbagli di Successo: Award Ceremony and Talk with Chiara Bacilieri

On May 15, 2025, RUFA’s Aula Magna will host the grand closing event of “Sbagli di Successo”, the contest that celebrates the transformative power of failure.

Thursday 15 May – 6:00 PM – AULA MAGNA | Via Giuseppe Libetta, 7.
Free admission upon reservation – fill out the form below.

The contest, which involved students from Italian high schools, encouraged participants to explore the theme of failure as an integral part of the path to personal and professional growth.
The artists in competition developed projects addressing the topic through art installations, illustrations, videos, performances, and social campaigns, aiming to show how mistakes can be the first step toward innovation and growth.

Talk with Chiara Bacilieri and Official Award Ceremony

The final talk will feature a special guest, Chiara Bacilieri, Director of Innovation at Mindwork and lecturer in Consumer Behavior at Università Cattolica of Milan.
Bacilieri, an occupational psychologist and expert in data analysis and neuromarketing, was included by Forbes among the 2022 30 Under 30.
During the event, Chiara will explore key topics such as the value of soft skills, inclusive corporate culture, and the importance of failure in the world of work.

The event “Sbagli di Successo”, along with the contest that preceded it, is part of the new #MindfulRUFA format: a series of initiatives that promote psychological well-being, inclusiveness and freedom of expression through talks, events and workshops designed to support students in their personal and creative journey.
