The exhibition I feel the world inside me presents the work of Flavio Bologna, a painterly journey that sincerely and directly recounts significant moments from his lived experience. The works stem from personal experiences that the artist re-elaborates through painting, constructing an intimate narrative in which reality and fiction intertwine, giving rise to images filtered through his personal way of engaging with existence.
The vision that emerges is characterised by a subtle balance between lightness and solemnity, an emotional dimension that, while deeply rooted in lived experience, opens up to a luminous and profoundly positive reading. Painting thus becomes a space of transformation, in which individual experience detaches itself from literal reality to take on an evocative form, capable of conveying an authentic and shareable feeling to the viewer.
The paintings are striking for their ability to find unexpected solutions, both compositionally and expressively. Flavio Bologna demonstrates a natural aptitude for experimentation, resolving each work through intuitive yet conscious choices that reveal a growing artistic maturity. The painterly gesture, free and direct, becomes the means through which the artist builds an open dialogue with the public, inviting them to enter his inner world.
The exhibition takes shape as a moment of restitution and sharing, in which painting asserts itself as a tool for storytelling, reflection and openness towards others, offering an image of life lived with intensity, sincerity and trust.

About Flavio Bologna
Flavio Bologna was born in Rome in 2003, where he lives and works. In 2022 he obtained his Diploma from the State Art High School “Via di Ripetta” in Rome. Since 2020 he has collaborated with Galleria Ultrablu. In 2025 he co-founded USHER Italia A.P.S., an association committed to raising awareness of Usher syndrome. He is currently about to complete his Diploma in Painting at RUFA. He has taken part in the exhibitions Lontano vicinissimo at Galleria Ultrablu in Rome (2022–2023) and at Teatro del Lido in Ostia (2023), in the presentation of the book Della stessa città with a photographic exhibition at Galleria Ultrablu in Rome (2025), and in the exhibition Antibodies at the Egyptian Academy in Rome (2025).
