L’Annual report RUFA won the Red Dot Design Award 2017

The RUFA Annual Report wins the Red Dot Design Award 2017. After last year’s success, our book that tells the story of the academic year convinces the jury of the most prestigious international graphic design award. In fact, there is more. This year the award is as “Best of the best” in the “Annual report” section, a medal that is only awarded to the highest quality projects. Only works that convince the entire jury of their undisputed quality, graphic acumen and talent in creative research are awarded the “Red Dot: Best of the best”.

The 2016 Report collects the best of the academy’s annual didactic and creative production. Inside, the use of an expressive typography, photography combined with artistic interventions in magenta wire, a free layout and visible binding are intended to evoke the multidisciplinary aspect of the school, made of artistic and design contaminations and stratifications. The product is printed in hexachromia with the use of neon pantone 802 and 806. The cover-poster collects by type the various types of actions taken, while the offset blank cover presents a letter written by the teacher to the future student. The insert of 16 pages of different format, printed in two colors, tells one of the main moments of the past year: the RUFA contest. Inside, extra digital content can be viewed through smartphones and tablets using the app.
Our compliments go to the RUFA Communication Office and to all the staff who worked on this exciting graphic work:
