Paolo William Tamburella in RUFA

Special guest in RUFA: We look forward to seeing you on Thursday 8 June at 11:00 a.m. in room A04 for the talk by artist Paolo William Tamburella, guest speaker in the lecture by lecturer Fabrizio Dell’Arno.

 
Tamburella will present his artistic career and work to the students, with a focus on his latest exhibition “Àitason”, inaugurated on 2 June at the Fondazione Palazzo Chigi Zondadari at Siena.

Sull’artista

Paolo William Tamburella is known for his site-specific interventions, which he creates with the most disparate materials, in dialogue with the contexts that host them. He deals with themes related to cultural identity, appreciation and rediscovery of traditions.
He participated in the 53rd Venice Biennale, the 2nd Singapore Biennale and began his exhibition career in New York with gallery owner Annina Nosei.
He was co-curator of the first Bangladesh pavilion at the 54th Venice Biennale. He lives and works between Rome and Tuscany.
