Gianluca Manciola is an illustrator, comic artist, and architect. He is one of the founders of the magazine Capek, winner of the Gran Guinigi Award for Best Publishing Project in 2020, and is among the organizers of AFA, a comics self-publishing festival held in Milan. He is a founding member of the Trincea Ibiza collective and collaborates as a visualizer and concept artist with Mammafotogramma, an animation and interaction design studio, and with Golden Goose.
He graduated in Architecture from the Politecnico di Milano and collaborates with various design studios, exploring a fusion between technical language and visual storytelling.
He actively works with associations and bookstores in Milan, organizing comics workshops.
He publishes the webcomic “Apocalisse Fredda” on TacoToon.
