TEACHING IN ENGLISH / 2 WEEKS / 20 – 31 JULY 2026 / PRACTICAL-EXPERIENTIAL TEACHING METHOD / ON CAMPUS

An international Summer Programme between Rome and Brescia, combining creativity and taste

Art & Culinary Summer Camp is an Italy Summer Camp taught in English that brings together visual arts and Italian gastronomic culture. An ideal experience for international students who wish to take part in a Summer Programme in Italy and discover the excellence of RUFA and CAST education.

The Summer Camp offers a journey through two iconic cities: Rome, the capital of art, and Brescia, the heart of contemporary food and wine culture. A format that integrates creativity, practice and cultural discovery, guided by professional lecturers and immersive activities.

First week in Rome: Art Summer Camp Italy

Photography, Painting, Design, Art History

The first week is dedicated to visual arts, with a workshop-based, hands-on approach. Students of this Art Summer Camp Italy work on photography, painting and design, experiment with techniques, develop individual projects and take part in site visits, including museums and iconic locations in the city, to understand the dialogue between heritage and contemporary creativity.

Students will paint, photograph, build and explore: a pathway that enhances making as a privileged way of learning.

Weekend | Crossing to Grow
The journey between Rome and Brescia is an integral part of the educational experience, a time of transition and connection that strengthens the group and opens up the next phase of the programme.
The group will be accompanied to Rome Termini Station by the RUFA team and welcomed upon arrival at Brescia Station by the CAST team.

Second week in Brescia: Culinary Summer Camp Italy

Cooking, Pastry, Hospitality and Food Design

The second week is dedicated to the world of cuisine: bread-making, pasta dishes, modern pastry, artisan gelato, traditional main courses, hospitality management and guided tastings, led by chefs and pastry chefs from the CAST Campus. A true Culinary Summer Camp Italy designed to explore techniques, creativity and the culture of Italian hospitality.

Final destination: Milan
The conclusion of the Summer Camp includes a day visit to Milan, the capital of design and taste, before farewells among participants and the continuation of each individual’s journey independently.

Art & Culinary Summer Camp is an opportunity to put your passion into practice, expand your skills and enjoy a stimulating group experience, where every moment becomes an opportunity for discovery, collaboration and inspiration.

At the end of the course, a certificate of participation is awarded, subject to attendance of at least 80% of the lessons, for possible recognition of 1 CFA (for Italian students, also valid for the attribution of credits for the State Examination).
