OPEN CALL Media Cartographies — From Data to Perception

Re:humanism, in collaboration with RUFA – Rome University of Fine Arts, Liminal Space – La Casa delle Arti Transmediali, NABA – Nuova Accademia di Belle Arti, launches an open call to participate in Media Cartographies — From Data to Perception, a training, mentoring, and artistic residency program dedicated to Italian artists and collectives under 35 working with contemporary languages and digital technologies.

The project

Media Cartographies is a research and training platform that explores the relationship between data and perception, investigating how digital systems shape the way we understand and represent reality.

The project invites artists to develop original multimedia works — installations, performances, audiovisual or immersive experiences — that reinterpret the concept of the map as a dynamic and sensitive device for navigating the continuous flow of information that shapes our perception of reality.

The project is completely free for participants and is supported by MiC and SIAE, within the framework of the program “Per Chi Crea”.
