A 1000 euro contest for the “mare TC FVG” logos

The “Maritime Technology Cluster FVG” (mareTC FVG) has launched a call for applications aimed at students enrolled in artistic education or design, for the design and implementation of logos for research and innovation projects in the maritime sector.

“mareTC FVG” was founded as an association in 2008 and after recognition by the Miur in 2012 became a limited liability consortium. Since 2015, “mareTC FVG” has been a cluster fully compliant with the European definition, with reference to the domain of maritime technologies. Its social aim is to encourage and develop scientific and applied research, technological development and training, as well as the dissemination of results, and to stimulate innovative activity, the shared use of facilities, the exchange of knowledge and experience, technology transfer, networking and dissemination of information between companies and research organizations, and internationalization.

Participation in the contest may be on an individual or associated basis. Each applicant may submit at least two logo proposals for a single project or at least two logo proposals for the two projects. The logo of each project must represent an identifying element to ensure recognition and visibility. Each logo will be used for all promotional material, whether paper or digital, ensuring the uniqueness of the characters and maintaining its communicative power in different sizes, in color and black and white. The logo must contain, in a clearly legible way, the acronym of the project.

The winner will receive a prize of 1,000 euros (net).

The application files, with all the documentation required in the call, must be sent by 23:59 on 20 January 2020 to Maritime Technology Cluster FVG. The call for proposals is available on the website.
