Lights, camera, action! The Cinema Service supports the teaching activities of the School of Cinema by assisting with the practical work that defines this programme, providing not only the necessary technical equipment but also guidance on how to use it and how to set up the most suitable configurations.
The aim is simple: to give students the opportunity to directly engage with the main tools and equipment introduced during lessons, turning theory into hands-on experience.
The Cinema Service is also responsible for checking, maintaining and ensuring that all equipment used throughout the year remains fully operational, while continuously updating technical solutions to support increasingly effective and professional audiovisual productions.
A key part of the service is training in the proper and responsible use of equipment: students are guided in the correct handling and management of materials, developing essential skills for working on set.
In collaboration with the coordinators of the School of Cinema, the Service also contributes to organising the annual production plan, enabling students to access RUFA equipment, test their skills and produce work that increasingly meets professional standards.
