Lorena Stamo

Lorena Stamo is a project manager for contemporary art. Throughout her experience, she has worked in very different professional fields, characterized by a remarkable versatility in management, consulting and communication. After graduating in International Finance at La Sapienza in Rome, she was a fellow of the
Public Policy for Cultural Heritage research program, and studied at the Public Policy School founded by the Italian Chamber of Deputies.

From 2015 to 2021 she collaborated with Miart – International Modern and Contemporary Art in Milan and from 2018 she served as the VIP Relations Manager
and Program Coordinator. In 2019 and 2020 she is co-curator and producer of the contemporary video art section of Videocittà, a wide-ranging project in Rome
dedicated to cinema and new audiovisual languages, born from ANICA (National Association of Cinema, Audiovisual and Multimedia Industry).

She has collaborated with various institutions such as the European Cultural Foundation, Cape Town Contemporary Art Fair, Quadriennale of Rome, MAXXI Museum, Rome, American Academy in Rome, Festival dei 2Mondi di Spoleto, Pianoterra Onlus, Cineteca di Bologna, Albanian Pavilion for the Biennale di Venezia, Depart Foundation Los Angeles-Roma, FENDI, Bureau Betak, Paris and THE OFFICE, New York.
Since 2020 she is the Exhibition Manager at MACRO – Museum of Contemporary Art of Rome.
