362 grams

Photography exhibition by Massimo Valentini and digital art by Angelo Di Vico with a text by Marcello Fiori. Book Design by ASA Project. .
We look forward to seeing you at the inauguration on Wednesday 5 at 6 pm at the RUFA Space, via degli Ausoni 7.

We have already experienced it but it does not yet simply belong to our past. It happened here, in our land, in our city, in our offices, in our places of life and work. Inside our homes.

Yet it seems like a dystopian reality, an unreal world.

This exhibition evokes concepts and images such as: border, path, trace, demarcation line, embankment, bulwark and finally limit.
Between inside and outside, between land and sea, between us and others. Between what really is and what should be. A symbolic envelope of 362 grams. Limes of our existential loneliness, light and impenetrable, insulating us with an idea of possible protection, in a world with no more connections.
It accompanies us on our journey, in our unchanging search for space, air, life, and leads us all the way to the sea. And there where it all began, we finally understand the essential: nothing is beyond the horizon, the destination is the journey.

Photographs, digital collages, texts that the three authors weave into unusual trajectories of references and evocations, to propose reflections, provoke questions.

Nothing taken for granted, no preconceived theses. To keep thinking, to defeat indifference, to nurture doubts in order to delve deeper and incessantly search for answers. Because nothing is really behind us, the signal comes from the future: what we will be able to build if we fully understand what we have experienced.
