Manifesting is a site-specific installation project that uses the billboard as a persuasive medium.
“POLE A” by Giorgia Papucci will video-communicate with “POSTUMER”, by Gaia M. Rampello.
POLE A uses the ASMR format. Users will find themselves immersed in a relaxing atmosphere. The message promotes personal growth but conceals within it a persuasive and disturbing nature.
POSTUMERcould change on exhibition days: promotional messages as abstract dystopias follow the principles of the social media algorithm.
The works of the two artists tune into an unusual scenario by exploiting an additive mechanism of overlapping different media.
