Terminididentità. The winners of the contest

On Thursday, April 12th at the Mercato Centrale Roma, the winners of the Terminididentità contest were awarded: we illustrate the Termini station.
More than 150 artists, young and already established, participated in the competition launched on January 24th by the creators of RomaID, the project that designs the new visual identity of Rome involving the Romans in the first person, together with Mercato Centrale Roma, a meeting place where culture and food merge by vocation, and RUFA.
Two months during which the jury of the competition led by Solo, an internationally renowned Roman street artist, worked with enthusiasm to select the 10 finalist works, among which 5 works made in RUFA.
Thursday’s event was an opportunity to speak in different ways of identity, thanks to the talk of the philosopher and RUFA teacher Nicolas Martino we traveled through the history of Rome exploring the mestizo culture that makes it unique. During the event the street poet Decle created a live painting on canvas writing his poem dedicated to Termini. Finally, we discovered the winners of the contest, including two RUFA students: Antonio Mastrogiacomo in the student category and Giulio del Prete in the social category.

Congratulations guys!
