Artificial Intelligence (AI) is currently one of the most discussed and fascinating technologies in the contemporary creative landscape. Its rapid evolution is profoundly transforming the languages of art, design, music, fashion and visual communication, opening up new scenarios for imagination and creative planning.
The course is conceived as an exploratory and transdisciplinary workshop, designed for those who wish to approach generative AI in a conscious, critical and creative way. Through lectures, hands-on exercises, case study analysis and collective exchange experiences, participants will become familiar with tools such as DALL·E, Midjourney, Sora, Suno and ChatGPT, developing their own design method based on prompt design and the hybridisation of human imagination and artificial intelligence.

The approach is workshop-based, inclusive and strongly oriented towards experimentation: the potential of AI as a creative ally in personal expressive processes will be explored, generating images, narratives, visual and sound concepts. The educational experience will alternate critical reflection (on ethics, bias, copyright, sustainability and cultural impacts) with practical sessions of exploration, composition and co-creation.

The course is also accessible to those without prior technical skills and who wish to experiment with AI not just as a tool, but as a true poetic and conceptual medium capable of expanding the linguistic, aesthetic and narrative possibilities of contemporary art.

Each lesson includes an initial theoretical part with examples and case studies, followed by individual and group practical exercises. Group dialogue, constant feedback and the progressive development of a personal project are at the core of the proposed method. The approach is workshop-based, inclusive and oriented towards experimentation.
Each participant will create an original project – visual, narrative or transmedia – developed through the use of generative AI. Projects will be presented in a shared final presentation.

The course is open to a trans-generational audience made up of artists, designers, students, communication professionals, illustrators, photographers, educators, digital enthusiasts and anyone wishing to explore the use of AI in their creative process, even without prior technical experience.

At the end of the course, a certificate of attendance will be issued, provided the participant attends at least 8 out of the 10 scheduled lessons, for a potential recognition of 2 ECTS credits.
