The RUFA Career Day returns, the event dedicated to bringing together students, alumni, and professional organisations from the creative and cultural sectors.
RUFA Campus – Thursday 7 May 2026 – Via G. Libetta 7, Rome.
An unmissable opportunity to connect directly with companies, studios, galleries, and professionals in your field, ready to share job, internship, and collaboration opportunities. During the event, you will be able to: interact with company representatives, present your portfolio or reel, and receive personalised feedback through one-to-one interviews.
Each participant may book up to 2 individual interviews, choosing from the available organisations and time slots. Interviews will take place by appointment and must be booked via the RUFA Career System platform.
To take part, please bring:
❯ 2 printed copies of your CV
❯ a laptop or tablet to present your portfolio or reel (USB drives will not be accepted)
How to book your interviews:
❯ log in to the Career System,
❯ from the homepage, click on Jobs in the top right,
❯ then click on Position Type,
❯ select Colloqui Career Day / Career Day Interview,
❯ click on Apply,
❯ browse the list of available interviews,
❯ select the interview you are interested in, choose a time slot from those available, and then click on Apply to Interview.
To view the list of interviews you have booked:
❯ log in to the Career System,
❯ click on the logo in the top right (icon with your initials and/or your photo),
❯ click on My Interviews.
Registrations for Rome open: bookings available from Wednesday 22 April until Monday 4 May.
What’s new in the 2026 edition
This year, the Career Day is enriched with institutional panels: moments of discussion and dialogue with representatives of major Italian cultural institutions.

9:30 – 10:00 | “Sviluppo, Innovazione, Talento” with Politiche Giovanili, Lazio Innova, Sviluppo Lavoro Italia
10:30 – 11:00 | “Cinema & Sistema Cultura” with ANICA, ANICA Academy, Fondazione Symbola
11:30 – 12:00 | “Design & Made in Italy” with Made in Italy Day, MIMIT, ADI and AIAP
12:30 – 13:00 | “Roma per la creatività” with Romadiffusa, Rome Future Week, Associazione Civita
All panels will be held in Italian.
Panels will take place during the morning in Aula Magna (G13).
Participation in the panels is open (no booking required).
We recommend scheduling your interviews with companies to avoid overlap with panels you are interested in.
In addition, Informagiovani will be present throughout the morning with a dedicated desk in one of the classrooms, where you can meet representatives and learn more about available guidance services and activities. No booking is required for Informagiovani meetings.
Postgraduate and Master’s orientation meetings
Are you considering enrolling in a postgraduate course or a RUFA academic Master’s programme? During the Career Day in Rome, you will be able to book a meeting with course coordinators and tutors to receive detailed information on study programmes, learning objectives, and career opportunities.
Registration takes place via the Career System. Access the platform.
