Gaia Richelli works as Lead Q.A. and Game Designer at ONE-O-ONE GAMES, the game development department of the company Centounopercento. Growing up with a passion for video games, in 2018 she started her Quality Assurance Analyst career by working on polishing and bug fixing for “The Suicide of Rachel Foster,” released for PC, Mac,PlayStation 4, XboxOne and Nintendo Switch. In 2020 she handled the Design of Ping Pong Arcade, creating and balancing game mechanics, AI difficulty levels, and progression systems. In 2021, she continued her Game Designer career by designing and coordinating the development of “The Rude Awakening” a project co-funded by the European Union’s Creative Europe program that a year later saw a porting to mobile as well, managed by herself. Today Gaia is working as Lead Quality Assurance in the development of “Aftermath,” the company’s flagship title.
