The idea of structuring the collective _ RUFA incubator _ hosted in the beautiful venue of the Castello di Rocca Sinibalda, was born from the need to offer to six young artists, RUFA students of Visual Arts, the opportunity to be able to confront a reality and the dynamics of an exhibition space with a museum-like scope. With the aim to give them prominence, through the selection of emblematic works, an attempt has been made to offer a vision through which to grasp the vitality and tensions of diversified researches capable of relating in an original and propositional way to the context of contemporary art. The exhibition high lights operating modalities through works and interventions that manifest the peculiar characters of each individual artist, revealing affinities and divergences between poetics in the making that are rich in interesting aspects regarding the exploration of recurring content and themes. The body of work shows both a tension towards formal rigor (in the expression of modular abstractions corresponding to personal linguistic and symbolic forms) and the involvement proper to those who seek to identify in the creative act the poetic nuances that unite thought and action, mutating them into operational processes and personal practices.

If in expressing himself the individual attempts to go beyond himself, throwing words beyond the body to reach out and hit what they cannot touch, artists seek first to express themself by processing their own communication, their own imagery and then sharing it; an artist is a creator of signs, and their signs generate meaning. Understanding and giving importance to those who are about to embark on a path of research and sharing such as art means, therefore, investing in the renewal and development of new topics. Through the contribution of Marina Collard, Giulia Di Pasquale, Claudia Evangelista, Carter Helmandollar, Giulia Romolo e Angela Sánchez Ruiz, we aim to arouse the viewer’s interest and pleasure in sharing a significant part of the journey of preparation and choice of works of young contemporary creatives, offering a completely unique view in the field of new experimentation at the same time.
