It’s necessary to destroy in order to create. Giulia Di Pasquale and Ginevra Ludovici, Visual Arts students, explore the concept of poetics of Fall.; through layers of painting, the two artists create a series of artworks that communicate through assonance.
Giulia Di Pasquale brings to light elements taken from figuration through material, lines and colors converge to a point of unbalance. A game of abstraction. Ginevra Ludovici searches for darkness. Among the tones of black, the artist embodies her emotions in female figures, images that appear and are immediately erased, submerged by signs tamed by her own sensations. Curated by Beatrice Levorato, the painting of the two artists chases the theme of the fall, the abyss and destruction, a deconstruction necessary to rise again in a new form.
